Check-in is any time from 3:00 pm (15:00) and the check-out is before 10:00 am (10:00).

Yes, depending on the season. There is usually a minimum stay of 7 nights during peak season and a minimum stay of 3 nights during the off-season. Shorter stays are sometimes possible but please contact us to verify.

Any cancellation by the client must be in writing to the owner by email (info@canbarda.com) or the property manager. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive the written cancellation.

If the client cancels 10 weeks or more before arrival, the client will only be charged with their first down payment of the rental period.

If the client cancels within 10 weeks of arrival,  the client will be charged the full amount of the rental period.

We will block the amount on your credit card for the caution but we won’t charge it. Only if there is damage in the villa.

We have a Groundwater Well system installed in Can Barda. Unfortunately, this water is not safe to drink due to the possibility of the water being contaminated. It is recommended to buy bottled water at the grocery store for drinking and making ice.

In many cases, we ask you to contact us directly by phone or email to inform us. Then, depending on the issue, there will be a property manager to help you immediately with your problem (electrical matter, break, et…).

• There will be a mid-week fresh-up of 4 hours of cleaning.
• Every Saturday there will be a full house cleaning of 8 hours.
• End cleaning with every check-out.
• Weekly pool cleaning.

We have Internet access available at the villa and also a well-equipped working/office space.

Yes, we offer a fully heated swimming pool at Can Barda.

Yes, we provide fresh beach towels and bathroom towels every week.

Unfortunately, we do not allow our furry friends at Can Barda due to certain inconveniences.
